Frequently Asked Questions1. Are there pre-requisites for Vector International online certification courses?
There are NO pre-requisites for the Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Yellow Belt or Green Belt online courses. Candidates for the Black Belt level training are required to complete Lean Six Sigma training and certification at the Green Belt level. Exceptions are granted on a case by case basis.
Yes. You will receive account confirmation, enrollment confirmation and payment confirmation emails once you have completed your registration. Please note that full registration includes payment and course enrollment. Each confirmation email will include a link that allows you to easily access the learning management system (LMS) and launch your course.
No. The course registration fee includes training and certification assessment.
You can take the examination as many times as possible, within the course licensed period, at no additional cost. The course licensed period (or course access period) varies by course and certification level. However participants will have a minimum of 30 days access for our smallest course offering.
You will receive timely email reminders throughout the period that you have been enrolled in the course. This will help you to stay on track. However, if you still have not completed the course within the access period you can request an extension by sending an email to email@example.com . You will be required to state the reason for the requested extension.
Yes. You will be able to download and/or print your signed certificate upon successful completion of each course. Additionally, the course certificate will be sent to you via email address upon successful completion of each course.
Yes. The courses have 2 versions. Flash and HTML5. The flash version plays on desktops and the HTML5 version plays on tablets. The course, when launched, will detect the platform and opens the appropriate version automatically.
Yes. Vector International is accredited as a Lean Six Sigma training provider by the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC). “IASSC is the only independent third-party certification body within the Lean Six Sigma Industry that does not provide training, mentoring and coaching or consulting services.”- IASSC
Vector International course materials were developed by seasoned certified Lean Masters and Six Sigma Master Black Belts, who have been applying Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies for more than 15 years.
